With 2016 strategies being finalised, Kantar Media would like to invite you to our annual Christmas event. Join us for some mulled wine and mince pies as we look at practical approaches to linking communication KPIs to business objectives.
InterTrade Ireland will join us to share their experience of setting a strategy linked to business priorities. Dwayne Stewart, Head of Marketing & Communications, will discuss strategic planning, evaluation and internal communication and how these have been the corner stones of the communication strategy implemented by Intertrade Ireland.
Doreen Markwell, Kantar Media’s Head of Insight, will cover positioning of communications performance within your organisation, to clearly demonstrate value delivered and progress made.
Approaches to optimising performance in shared communications objectives will be reviewed and examples of best practice provided.
Finally, methods of evaluating the performance of your strategy and taking corrective action where needed will also be explored.
The session will be followed by an informal networking opportunity where the team will be happy to discuss and advise on the areas covered.
